Beautiful plants with buds too. Pot different from the wicker basket on website but fine. Delivery within a couple of hours with live tracking that was spot on. Overall, an excellent experience.
Messy looking bouquet, that may only last 5 days. Not good value for the price paid.

The recipient of our flowers was thrilled, and the arrangement was lovely, however I was not completely satisfied as the arrangement wasn't as fulsome and flower-laden as presented in the photo I chose from the website.
Very happy. My friend loved them. I had forgotten to write a message, but I got a phone call to ask me if I wanted to write something. So all was sorted very easily.
I have never seen more beautiful arrangements than from VICTORIA WHITELAW, no matter what occasion I have needed flowers.
The recipient was delighted with her gift. However, despite the beautiful plants I am disappointed that the colour which was delivered was not that which I had ordered. I had made a deliberate choice knowing that it was the colour preferred by the recipient. If my choice was unavailable I would have appreciated being asked whether the alternative was acceptable.
I have always been very pleased with orders in the past hence the great disappointment with this order.
Flowers were absolutely beautiful, our mum was so happy and the handwritten card is such a nice touch🩷
The flowers I ordered were for a recent death in our building. I had a message from the widow saying the flowers were stunning. The building concierge said they were the most beautiful flowers delivered to the building.
