Rebecca & Mark’s Botanical Hotel Wedding | South Yarra

Rebecca and Mark’s wedding was a beautiful celebration of simplicity, elegance and considered detail. 

Following their ceremony, the couple hosted an intimate reception at the Botanical Hotel in South Yarra. A single long table created a warm and welcoming setting, allowing their closest family and friends to celebrate together over an elegant dinner. 

Simple White Wedding Flowers 

Playa Blanca roses were chosen as the signature flower for the day. Their sculptural form and soft white petals perfectly complemented the clean, contemporary style of the celebration. 

Rebecca carried a single long-stem Playa Blanca rose, simply finished with a flowing white ribbon bow. The minimal design felt modern and effortless against her elegant gown. 

Her three flower girls, dressed in soft sage green, carried matching single roses tied with white ribbon. The combination of white and sage created a fresh, delicate palette that was beautifully suited to the intimate occasion. 

Mark and his father wore matching Playa Blanca rose buttonholes, while the mothers wore delicate wrist corsages of miniature white roses secured with white ribbons. 

An Intimate Reception at the Botanical Hotel 

For the reception, the long table in the Archer Room was styled with individual Playa Blanca roses displayed in simple clear glass vessels. Arranged in a relaxed line along the table, the flowers created softness and repetition without overwhelming the intimate dining space. 

Crisp white linens, clear glassware, black dining chairs and delicate black ribbon details completed the setting. The restrained palette allowed the beauty of each rose and the warmth of the gathering to take centre stage.
