Charlotte & Tom’s Vogue-featured Wedding in Richmond

We are thrilled to share an unforgettable wedding, recently featured in the March issue of British Vogue - a testament to the beauty, elegance, and heartfelt emotion woven into every detail of Charlotte & Tom’s special day.

Nestled in the heart of Richmond, Melbourne, Butler Lane provided the perfect backdrop for this stunning celebration. This venue, with its secret courtyard entrance, charming outdoor space, and dramatic converted warehouse, offered a unique blend of industrial character and architectural sophistication.

The ceremony took place outdoors, in Butler Lane’s beautifully landscaped courtyard—a lush oasis tucked away in the bustling city. Charlie & Tom exchanged vows beneath a luscious green wall of foliage, and a pair of gold urns overflowing with elegant summer whites - hydrangeas, roses, disbuds, and delicate Queen Anne’s lace offset with touches of cascading greens. This romantic setting, coupled with the couple’s beloved dog Frankie joining the festivities, created an effortlessly personal affair.

Charlie’s bridal look was timeless. She and her bridesmaids walked down an aisle lined with soft white hydrangeas, each carrying classic white reflexed rose bouquets, finished with trailing white bows - understated, graceful, and perfectly aligned with the stylish elegance of the day.

Inside the warehouse reception, the styling remained true to this refined simplicity. The open-plan space, flooded with natural light, showcased high-beamed ceilings, polished concrete floors, and an inviting, airy atmosphere. Round banquet tables were adorned with clear glass bud vases, each holding a single stem of reflexed white roses. For the bridal table, we designed clouds of white hydrangeas, adding texture and softness while complementing the clean lines and industrial charm of the venue.
